AUGUST'S COCKTAIL: ZIN CUP
This refreshing wine cocktail is the perfect pairing with grilled meats or veggies, or just a summer night!
Ingredients:
2 Ounces Pimm’s #1
2 Ounces California Ridge Vineyards Zinfandel (Or Your Favorite Zin)
2 Ounces Ginger Beer
1 Cucumber Slice, Halved, for Garnish
1 Strawberry, Halved, for Garnish
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Pimm’s #1, Zinfandel and ginger beer and shake.
Strain the cocktail into a highball glass filled with fresh ice and garnish with the halved cucumber and strawberry slices.
